HFES National Membership

Founded in 1957, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society is the largest multidisciplinary professional organization in the world for individuals in the HF/E field with members located throughout the United States and in 40 other countries. HFES has 23 Technical Groups and Local and Student chapters. Membership benefits include the bimonthly research journal Human Factors, the quarterly applications magazine Ergonomics in Design, a monthly newsletter, complimentary access to webinars, the HFES Career Center, and discounts on other HFES publications and meeting registration fees. HFES Potomac Chapter

The Potomac Chapter (POC) is one of the largest Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) local chapters composed of nearly 100 people in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
